Matthew Pittsford is a founder of Pittsford Samuels, PLLC. He is a Texas CPA and has over fifteen years of experience as a tax preparer and accountant. He has worked as a tax manager and preparer for a mid-market public accounting firm and as the sole in-house tax adviser for a billion dollar company.
Matthew also sat or currently sits on the board of nonprofit organizations such as, Goldberg Montessori School and Raise Up Families.

Patrick Samuels, CPA
Patrick Samuels is a founder of Pittsford Samuels, PLLC. His experience includes exposure to both privately held and publicly traded companies with a special emphasis on oil & gas, single family office, high net wealth families and International Inbound/Outbound tax engagements. Other experience includes state and local compliance and consulting in addition to ASC 740 and FIN 48 requirements.
In serving privately held clients, he has assisted in all stages of the business life cycle from formation and growth to exit and liquidation. He has also served as an invaluable resource in addressing the tax issues presented to the individuals and families holding such ownership interests. Patrick utilizes his entrepreneurial background and experience in serving as a trusted business adviser to his clients.
Patrick also sits on the board of a nonprofit organization, Camp For All Foundation, and serves as Chairman.

Nancy Mack, CPA
Nancy Mack heads the audit and assurance practice of Pittsford Samuels, PLLC. She is a CPA with over twenty-five years of experience in accounting including Public Accounting as well as private industry. She was a manager at one of the Big Four accounting firms before going into private industry as a director of accounting, planning and financial reporting for a public oil and gas company. Prior to joining Pittsford Samuels, PLLC, she was in a management role in local public accounting firm providing audit and assurance services as well as tax services for small to mid-sized clients. Nancy is proficient in providing audit, review, and compilation services as well as preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships and both profit and non-profit corporations.
Nancy has industry experience in construction companies, homebuilding companies and MHMR centers with specific expertise including multifamily housing projects, employee benefit plans and not-for-profit organizations, including tax and compliance reporting relating to annual filings with the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Texas as well as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Labor.
